Projects

Manage which Procore projects are included in data refreshes. Changes take effect on the next data refresh.

Projects are loaded from Procore. Select one, optionally edit the display name, then click + Add project. After adding or removing a project, click Refresh Data from any page to pull in the updated project list.

Submittal Managers

Who can be picked as Submittal Manager is now set per project, on that project's Config page (#427) — so a project's own admin manages its list instead of routing through this page.

Open a project's Config page (from its Project Home) and use the Submittal managers section. Editing it needs the ✎ (change) box on Submittals in Intranet Permissions.

Per-Project Submittal Team

Customize, for each project, who appears in the Upload Tool's Submittal manager dropdown, who is preselected by default, and who the designated submittal reviewers are. Projects without a custom team show all @vorea.com members of the project.

In dropdown controls who can be picked as Submittal manager in the Upload Tool for this project. Default preselects that person when the project is chosen. Reviewer designates the project's submittal reviewers (shown in the Upload Tool as a reminder; actual review steps come from the chosen workflow template).

Project Groups

Define named groups that combine multiple projects into a single filter option in the main app. Selecting a group instantly selects all its member projects.

App Usage

Cumulative count of things processed through the app since tracking began — submittals pushed to Procore, directory updates, reports generated, and priority items flagged — with a per-project breakdown.

Procore rate limit tiers — Standard: 3,600 req/hr (60-min rolling window) · Enhanced: 7,200 or 14,400 req/hr → switches to spike mode: 100 req per 10-sec window. In spike mode, headers show the 10-sec window limit (100), not the hourly figure. A 429 triggers automatic backoff; a 503 triggers a brief retry.
